Fraqtion Finance operates as a technology platform that facilitates access to structured trade finance opportunities. The Platform connects users with trade cycle opportunities, enabling participation in fractional trade financing.
Important: Fraqtion Finance is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment fund, commodity exchange, or investment advisor. Fraqtion does not guarantee the performance of any trade cycle, provide investment advice, or manage funds on behalf of users.
Fraqtion Finance does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Information provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation or solicitation to invest. Users are solely responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and should seek independent professional advice where necessary.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. The Platform is not available to users located in jurisdictions where participation would violate applicable laws or regulations, including sanctioned or restricted countries.
Fraqtion Finance reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform from any jurisdiction at its discretion.

User funds may be held by third-party regulated payment processors or custodial partners. Fraqtion Finance does not hold itself out as a custodian or bank. Funds may be temporarily held for the purpose of facilitating trade cycles and settlements in accordance with the Platform's operating model.
Fraqtion Finance does not commingle user funds with its operational funds, except as necessary for the execution of trade cycles as disclosed in the relevant trade cycle documentation.
All investments carry significant risk. Trade cycles may not achieve expected returns, and you may lose part or all of your investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.
No Guarantee: Returns are not guaranteed. Trade cycles are subject to operational, market, counterparty, regulatory, and force majeure risks. Delays or losses may occur, including partial or total loss of invested capital. Fraqtion Finance does not guarantee the performance of any trade cycle or the return of invested funds.

The Platform may charge fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. You are responsible for any transaction fees associated with deposits and withdrawals.
Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from their use of the Platform, including taxes on investments, returns, or withdrawals. Fraqtion Finance does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting with a qualified tax professional.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fraqtion Finance or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Fraqtion Finance shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraqtion Finance, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital.
Fraqtion Finance's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Fraqtion Finance in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fraqtion Finance is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Insert Arbitration Institution], except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
